• Returns/Exchanges: Not applicable for international orders unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91-9599286083 or ritiveshofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported on the same day of delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the courier name and tracking link.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Any address errors or re-shipments will result in additional charges borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Custom-made or made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Ritivesh by Ritika Aggarwal reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Returns Policy

We offer a 2-day return window. You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
