All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram through trusted courier partners.
If your area is not covered by our courier, we will send your order via India Post.

Please allow the following time for delivery:

 

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Customized Products: Delivered within 25–30 business days.

Express Delivery: Available on request for prepaid orders.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through reliable courier partners.
Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Shipping charges vary based on the destination and order size.

Standard Delivery: 15–30 business days

Please note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders unless the product is defective or the wrong item/size is sent.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is now available for all products across India.
You can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

 

Delivery Issues & Claims

If your package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order number at +91-9599286083 or ritiveshofficial@gmail.com.

For any missing or damaged items, please call us on the day of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Ritivesh by Ritika Aggarwal is not responsible for damages or shortages reported after delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

  • If your shipping address or postal code is entered incorrectly, extra charges may apply.

  • If your order needs to be re-shipped due to address errors or failed delivery, additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Cancellation Policy
