Returns Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If your package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order reference number at +91-9599286083 or ritiveshofficial@gmail.com.

Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported on the day of delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive SMS/email with courier and tracking details. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; penalties may apply for incorrect addresses. In case of re-shipment, additional charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it via the "My Orders" section on ritivesh.com or by contacting us at info@ritivesh.com or +91-9599286083 (Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 7 PM).

Orders containing custom-made products cannot be canceled once confirmed. Ritivesh reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice.
